While we were busy with the release and rule of Samsung Galaxy S7, the rumor mills have started rolling again. This time it is Samsung Galaxy S8 which is creating the buzz in tech-town. The unique combination of display, specs and processor will make Samsung S8 one of the greatest phones to come in the next few years. Rumors are, Samsung is trying to integrate their bi-fold design into the Galaxy next gen. the bi-fold design calls for dual display with a foldable centre which allows unabated flexibility for the smartphone.
See the world through new eyes-
Samsung has introduced a 2K QHD design with the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge. With the new galaxy S8 Samsung wants to introduce the market to the concept of 4K display with a Virtual Reality coupling. If you are having trouble picturing the quality of display, think of Sony Xperia Z5 Premium with its Bravia engine only with a higher resolution. Samsung has brought back the trait of edgeless display with Edge 7 and we know for sure that Samsung is sticking to it when it comes to Samsung S8. This will give the new generation smartphone new viewing angles and a definite edge over other smartphones in the contemporary market.
Do the new Blue
The current levels of device screen blue light are a mere 32 percent. Samsung is all ready to best it by using the new Bio Blue screen technology to reduce the blue light to just 6 percent. This will drastically make the image sharper and the display much sharper. Samsung is known in the market for employing OLED screens which save battery. However that is a much expensive alternative for the “average” quality of display we enjoy today. After Bio Blue kicks in people can enjoy prolonged hours of fun without any discomfort in their eyes and their pockets.
Bring in the VR
With Sony launching its new PlayStation with VR this year, it is no wonder that smartphone companies are catching up to the trend as well. The first among them is of course tech-giant Samsung who will couple their 4K, edgeless display with Samsung Gear VR headsets.
A few of the expected added perks include fingerprint scanners, it may also include retina scanners and of course a waterproof body. In addition to these, on public demand, the battery capacity of the expected smartphone will not be below 3000 mAh. Dual cameras of 24 MP and 18 MP (front and back, respectively) will make this baby hard to resist.
Get ready for some sacrifices
When we say sacrifices we do not mean features. The Samsung innovation will come with the best goodies possible for a smartphone. It has a 5.5 inch 4K display backed by a Snapdragon 830 octa-core processor and a whopping 6GB RAM. This will make the Galaxy S8 a beast of a phone. Foldable screen or not, the complete package of the best technologies will make the price of each set reach pretty close to a grand. Speculated prices for an early 2017 release of S8 hover around $900 USD. LG G6 will also come with same price range.
